Amore Boutique ships to all locations within the United States. Please allow 48 hours for our team to process your order. Orders will not be shipped on holidays or weekends, their may be delays due to weather that is beyond our control. You will receive an email with your tracking number.

Return Policy:

Unworn, unwashed, scent free merchandise (excluding items purchased on sale or using a discount code) with tags still intact can be returned within 7 DAYS of your item(s) delivery date. Amore Boutique does not offer refunds of any kind, only store credit for the amount of the products. All returns must be approved.

RETURN CRITERIA:

Clothing must be free of make up, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, and any other marks or stains. Return all items in original tags and packaging where applicable. If an item is returned to us in a non-resellable condition, 50% deduction will be taken off of the store credit for the item(s). 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURN TIMEFRAME:

Returns must be sent back to Amore Boutique within 7 days of your item(s) delivery date.  Please ensure your package has been shipped back to us within 7 days. If your package was shipped back to us after the 7 day mark, it will not be accepted for store credit.

RETURN SHIPPING COST:

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s) back to Amore Boutique. Amore Boutique does not pay for return shipping or handling costs (unless the item(s) arrived damaged or it was a mistake on our part). We strongly recommend that you send your return(s) back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.

Once we receive your return back at Amore Boutique, it will be processed for store credit within 3-4 business days. Store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift-card for the amount of your item. After your return is processed, you will receive an email with your store credit information. Store credit does not have an expiry date!

EXCHANGES:

You are welcome to exchange your item for the same item in a different size (if it’s available). Otherwise, store credit will be issued and can be used towards anything else on our website plus it never expires.

CANCELED ORDERS:

We cannot cancel orders after they are placed.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

All orders placed on sale, or using a discount code are final. 

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items purchased on sale or using discount codes.
